How it works
An advisory relationship, not a transaction
You keep control of every decision. We bring the market knowledge, do the legwork, and advocate for you from the first conversation through every renewal after.
The model
Evaluate. Compare. Negotiate. Implement. Manage.
Evaluate
We learn how your business runs and what you already have, then define what you actually need.
Compare
We identify the providers and approaches that fit, and lay them side by side in plain language.
Negotiate
We push for competitive pricing, sensible terms, and the flexibility to change as you grow.
Implement
We coordinate the provider, the timeline, and the details so the switch does not land on your desk.
Manage
We stay on as your resource for renewals, new locations, billing questions, and whatever comes next.
Manage leads back to Evaluate. Technology needs keep changing, and so does the market.
Step by step
What working together looks like
Here is the typical path for a new client. Some steps are quick. Some take longer. You always know where things stand.
-
Step 1: Discovery
We start with a conversation about your business: how many people and locations you have, how your team works, what is frustrating, and what is coming up. No technical vocabulary required.
-
Step 2: Current environment review
We look at what you have today: providers, services, contracts, invoices, and renewal dates. For many businesses this is the first time all of it has been in one place.
-
Step 3: Provider and solution evaluation
Based on your needs, we identify the providers and approaches that fit, check availability at your locations, and gather proposals.
-
Step 4: Recommendations
We lay out your options side by side in plain language: what each one does, what it costs, the tradeoffs, and what we would recommend and why.
-
Step 5: Negotiation
Once you choose a direction, we work with the provider on pricing, contract length, renewal terms, service commitments, and flexibility for growth.
-
Step 6: Implementation support
We coordinate timelines, installation, number transfers, and handoffs between providers so the change does not become a second job for your team.
-
Step 7: Ongoing technology guidance
After go-live, we stay on as your resource for billing issues, support escalations, new locations, renewals, and the next technology decision.

Questions
About the process
Who makes the final decision?
You do, every time. We provide research, recommendations, and negotiation support. You choose the provider, approve the terms, and sign the agreement.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the scope. A single-location internet decision can move quickly. A multi-site phone system migration takes longer. We will give you a realistic timeline after the discovery conversation.
Do we need to share our invoices?
It helps, but it is not required to get started. Invoices and contracts let us give specific, accurate advice instead of general guidance. We treat everything you share as confidential.
What if we are happy with our current provider?
Then we may recommend staying. A review can still confirm you are paying fair rates and that your contract terms protect you at renewal.
Start with a conversation.
A consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell us what is working, what is not, and what is coming up. We will tell you honestly where we can help.
